Extensive Student Services
Glendale International School – IB PYP, Tellapur has always had a child-centric learning environment and all its policies around student services, ranging from infrastructure to security are child-friendly.
Campus
All movement by students of primary upto grade 5 within the campus are controlled, e.g., students moving from one class to another, or catching the bus after school. A faculty member to supervise their movement.
Monitored Access
High security measures are maintained in the following aspects:- Main Gate Movement- Staff & Security Hiring- Fire Safety- Child Training- Staff training- Water & Food Safety
Parent Visits
Parents may visit school on notified days in the week. Exceptions may be made where there is a specific need or urgency. The prescribed timings for school visits are 1st and 3rd Saturday between 9 am and 1 pm.
Transport
Glendale International School (GIP) an IB PYP school is responsible for the safety of its staff and students on the school campus, during outdoor or field trips, while travelling by school bus to and from school, and school tours. Child safety while being in our transport encompasses the below aspects:
– Implementation of ‘No Touch’ policy
– Only female attendants
– Attendance maintenance
– Regular staff training from experts
– No child left unattended
Dining
Glendale International School (GIP), Tellapur has well-equipped dining halls with trained chefs, who cater to more than 1800 students and also the teachers and support staff.
