Baby of Nandini Twin 2 is daignosed as Very Preterm (28 weeks), 1100 grams (Very Low Birth Weight), Baby Girl, DCDA – Twin 2, Respiratory Distress – RDS – Mechanical Ventilation – CPAP – 2 Doses of Surfactant, Apnea of Prematurity, Suspected Sepsis- Thrombocytopenia, Neonatal Jaundice – SSPT, PDA – (1.8NN) LT – RT Shunt. With the above condition, the child needs 45 days of hospitalization.
