Your Role: Account Manager/Recruiter

As an Account Manager/Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in bridging job seekers with global employment opportunities. Leveraging digital tools, industry insights, and a people-first approach, you will help individuals realize their professional aspirations while supporting employers with customized staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Marketing
  • Conduct targeted job searches using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Proactively market candidates to potential employers, showcasing their skills effectively.
  • Use AI-based tools and CRM systems to track candidates and streamline job placements.
  • 2. Candidate Management & Support
  • Assist candidates with job applications, interview preparation, and understanding visa requirements.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and guidance.
  • 3. Client Engagement & Business Development
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Expand the client base by marketing staffing services for temporary and full-time placements.
  • 4. Networking & Industry Engagement
  • Represent Y-Axis Staffing at virtual events, job fairs, and webinars.
  • Build a professional network for future recruitment opportunities.
  • 5. Collaboration & Team Support
  • Work closely with internal teams like Job Search Services to meet client and candidate expectations.
  • 6. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  • Use ATS platforms to track recruitment performance and generate actionable insights.

  • What We’re Looking For

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

    Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, especially in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with international placements and visa-related processes is a plus.
  • Skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Soft Skills Required
