Your Role: Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, support teams, and external vendors.
- Transform and develop new requirements into design and implementation documents.
- Design user interface screens to support new features via sketches, wireframes, workflows, and process maps.
- Prioritize and communicate requirements, features, and tasks to developers, vendors, and senior management.
- Collaborate closely with developers and vendors to scope projects, perform design discussions, and establish a development timeline.
- Provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
- Create training materials and documentation for users and train new end users on relevant applications and processes.
- Advocate for business needs and support cross-functional alignment.
What We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Salesforce experience with a Salesforce Business Analyst certification
Skills
- Proficient in creating requirements documents, process maps, use case diagrams, wireframes, and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategy, tactics, and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Soft Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Problem-solver, analytical thinker, and detail-oriented
