About the Marketing Department

The Marketing Department at Y-Axis drives global campaigns to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. We leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize our marketing initiatives.

Your Role: Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics

As a Data Analyst in Marketing Analytics, you’ll dive into marketing data, identify trends, and deliver insights that shape our marketing strategies. Your work will help optimize campaigns and boost overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse data from tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and social media to assess campaign performance and user behaviour.
  2. KPI Tracking: Track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost) to optimize marketing ROI.
  3. Campaign Insights: Provide actionable insights for SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
  4. Customer Segmentation: Identify customer segments for targeted marketing.
  5. Dashboard Management: Create and maintain dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  6. A/B Testing: Design and analyse tests to refine marketing strategies.
  7. Data Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to automate data collection and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

3+ years in data analysis, focusing on marketing analytics.

Skills
  1. Proficient in SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems.
  3. Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Soft Skills Required
  1. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  2. Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
