About the Support Team
The Support Team specializes in gathering and analysing critical data, creating directories, and developing tools and protocols to enhance Y-Axis's business objectives and deliver value to our clients.
Your Role: Research Analyst
As a Research Analyst, you will collect, analyse, and interpret data to support client profiles, identify potential global employers, and contribute to the development of innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and create directories of employers across various industries and countries.
- Conduct research aligned with client profiles and organizational objectives.
- Identify and capture employer information using online tools, job boards, announcements, and recruitment agencies.
- Analyse and interpret research data to generate actionable insights.
- Screen and evaluate potential global employers and job opportunities.
- Interact with research and marketing teams to develop projects, products, and services.
- Prepare monthly statistical reports and provide feedback on global market trends across industry verticals.
- Integrate best practices into research tools and protocols to enhance effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant research experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong primary/custom research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in internet research and alternative sourcing methods.
- Experience generating leads using tools like LinkedIn, Hoovers, ZoomInfo, and Jigsaw.
- Proven expertise in market research with the ability to generate qualified opportunities through web research.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high organizational standards.
Personal Attributes
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
