About the Support Team

The Support Team specializes in gathering and analysing critical data, creating directories, and developing tools and protocols to enhance Y-Axis's business objectives and deliver value to our clients.


Your Role: Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst, you will collect, analyse, and interpret data to support client profiles, identify potential global employers, and contribute to the development of innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and create directories of employers across various industries and countries.
  2. Conduct research aligned with client profiles and organizational objectives.
  3. Identify and capture employer information using online tools, job boards, announcements, and recruitment agencies.
  4. Analyse and interpret research data to generate actionable insights.
  5. Screen and evaluate potential global employers and job opportunities.
  6. Interact with research and marketing teams to develop projects, products, and services.
  7. Prepare monthly statistical reports and provide feedback on global market trends across industry verticals.
  8. Integrate best practices into research tools and protocols to enhance effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant research experience.

Skills & Competencies
  1. Strong primary/custom research and analytical skills.
  2. Proficiency in internet research and alternative sourcing methods.
  3. Experience generating leads using tools like LinkedIn, Hoovers, ZoomInfo, and Jigsaw.
  4. Proven expertise in market research with the ability to generate qualified opportunities through web research.
  5. Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high organizational standards.
Personal Attributes
  1. Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
