Your Role: Sales Operations Executive

The Sales Operations Executive is a key contributor to ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales team. This role involves managing sales processes, tracking performance, analysing data, and maintaining operational excellence to support the organization’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management
  • Manage and oversee the inventory of products and Solutions packages.
  • Ensure the store is consistently updated and well-maintained.
  • 2. Coupon Management
  • Handle the distribution and tracking of complimentary and discount coupons.
  • Monitor the usage and effectiveness of coupons.
  • 3. Ticket Management
  • Resolve tickets raised by sales teams promptly.
  • Address queries and action items to support sales activities.
  • 4. Communication and Support
  • Provide support to sales agents, leaders, and managers through calls and regular updates.
  • Make announcements to keep the sales team informed.
  • 5. Sales Performance Tools
  • Maintain and update sales performance tools to enhance effectiveness.
  • Track and analyse tool usage by the sales team.
  • 6. Sales Commissions and Incentives:
  • Calculate and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of commissions and incentives.
  • Collaborate with payroll for seamless processing.
  • 7. Sales Dispute Resolution
  • Address and resolve sales disputes fairly and efficiently.
  • 8. Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and inform strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using advanced Excel.
  • 9. Sales Tracking
  • Monitor and track all types of sales, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records.
  • 10. Documentation and Record-Keeping
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and processes.
  • Update records using advanced Excel and CRM tools.
  • 11. Presentation of Data
  • Create and present data through reports and dashboards to provide insights.
  • Use visual aids to effectively communicate sales performance.
  • 12. Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with sales agents, leaders, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork within the sales department.
  • Skills and Qualifications

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree

    Experience

    Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM tools, and Excel.

    Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis software.
  • Core Competencies
