As part of this team, you will directly contribute to shaping the organization’s future through strategic recruitment initiatives.


Your Role: Specialist Recruiter

As a Specialist Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for in-house roles, driving the talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s growth objectives. You will collaborate with hiring managers, engage with candidates, and build a strong pipeline to ensure the best talent joins Y-Axis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the recruitment process for various in-house roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Execute targeted recruitment strategies that align with Y-Axis’s growth plans.
  • 2. Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
  • Leverage internal databases, referrals, job boards, and social networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely and clear communication.
  • 3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Partner with managers to understand job requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and feedback to optimize hiring processes.
  • 4. Screening & Selection:
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Y-Axis’s values (Learning, Integrity, Fast, Empathy - LIFE).
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person assessments while ensuring a seamless process.
  • 5. Market Research & Talent Pipeline:
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices.
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • What We’re Looking For

    Education

    A Bachelor's degree is required, with a proven track record in recruitment, staffing, or a related sales environment

    Experience
    1. Minimum 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in in-house hiring or a staffing firm.
    2. Experience in high-volume or niche recruitment is an advantage.
    Skills & Competencies
    1. Advanced sourcing techniques and networking skills.
    2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
    3. Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data and metrics.
    4. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and social media recruitment tools.
