Your Role: Trainer

As a Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. You will play a critical role in new hire onboarding, employee development, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Design and Delivery
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including new hire onboarding and refresher sessions.
  • Create and maintain training materials and content to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • 2. Collaboration and Customization
  • Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and plan schedules.
  • Tailor training programs based on specific requirements and performance metrics.
  • 3. Employee Development and Coaching
  • Support employees during live sales calls by providing guidance and actionable feedback.
  • Conduct assessments and feedback sessions to identify and address improvement areas.
  • 4. Performance Tracking and Analysis
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance and performance metrics.
  • Analyse trainees’ post-training performance to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • 5. Industry Research and Updates
  • Stay informed on product updates, industry advancements, and trends to ensure training programs remain current and effective.

    Bachelor’s degree

    Experience

    Proven experience in training, including areas like product sales, process training, employee development, or quality coaching.

    1. Initial Screening
  • Shortlisting based on resume/CV and cover letter.
  • 2. Telephonic Interview
  • Preliminary discussion to assess suitability via Teams video call, scheduled by the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) team.
  • 3. Presentation Round
  • Face-to-face interview where candidates present a given topic for 15 minutes, followed by Q&A.
  • 4. Final Interview
  • Shortlisted candidates will move to the final discussion stage conducted by the TAG team.
